Position Description: The Program Manager is an essential component of the Home Office and leads identification, development and execution of new programs and sales channels.  This person combines strong business acumen, organizational skills, and a passion for driving growth in a startup environment while exemplifying our values.  The Program Manager works closely with both Home Office Leadership (CEO, Director of Marketing, Director of Operations) and Store Leadership (Area Manager, GM) as they identify, test and scale new programs to drive brand awareness and sales.  Significant growth opportunity for this individual as we continue to expand our footprint both in existing and new geographies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities

  • Manages alternative channels including strategic placement, execution, and optimization to ensure they are meeting our strategic objectives
  • Manages specific projects from inception to execution to promote growth and increased brand awareness across multiple geographic markets (Seattle, Bellevue, Portland)
  • Directly supports Ops Leadership (Director of Operations) and Marketing (Director of Marketing), organizes, and executes programs and initiatives, integrating detailed planning and feedback throughout.
  • Owns rapidly expanding catering program including partner management, logistics, and coordination with store leadership
  • Supports new store openings and assists in grassroots efforts to expand reach and engagement.

Qualifications:

Experience/Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field required.
  • 4+ years’ experience in a retail environment required.
  • Experienced in developing new programs and/or demand channels.
  • Excellent project and program management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Has a clean driving record and current, valid driver’s license and insurance.
