Q: How does EG+ Rewards work?
A: Our loyalty program is designed to surprise and delight you with monthly rewards. Instead of earning points with every dollar spent, you’ll receive monthly exclusive rewards and challenges that may include discounts, free items, or other special offers.
Q: Is there a cost to join EG+ Rewards?
A: Absolutely not! EG+ Rewards is completely free.
Q: How do I access my EG+ Rewards account?
A: There are a few ways, so lettuce talk about them! If you were a part of our previously loyalty program, you should have received a password reset email to access your account. You can also login anytime by heading to evergreens.com/rewards or by logging in at checkout.
Q: Why can’t I login to the app?
A: Make sure to check for updates! The older version of the app might be showing for you. If you see the Evergreens icon shift to green, you know you’re working off the right version. If you still have any issues logging in, please reach out to email@example.com!
Q: Can I share my loyalty program with someone else?
A: No, each loyalty program is intended for individual use only. Sharing your account may result in forfeiture of any rewards or offers.
Q: Will my existing rewards from the old loyalty program transfer?
A: Yes! Any existing active rewards should appear in your account as soon as you login and will be available for three months.
Q: What happened to my points/progress from the previous program?
A: We rounded you up! If you were more than halfway to a free salad reward, you automatically received a free salad reward in your account. If you were under that halfway point, we added a 50% off reward.
Q: What type of rewards will the program offer?
A: New members will get a 50% Off welcome reward, a birthday reward, as well as a referral rewards. Beyond that, well, we would hate to spoil all of the fun, but you’ll receive monthly exclusive rewards and challenges that may include discounts, free items, or other special offers.
Q: How will I know when I get a new rewards?
A: Any new rewards will be sent to you via email or through our mobile app. You’ll receive a notification with details about the reward, including how to redeem it, expiration, and more.
Q: How do I redeem rewards?
A: There are two main ways for you to redeem any reward: Online: make sure you are logged into your EG+ Rewards account and not checking out as a guest. From there, you should see all of your available rewards at checkout. Simply apply the reward to the qualifying order in your cart and you are good to go! In-Store: Once you get to register, tell the cashier that you’d like to redeem one of your rewards. We can look up your account either by phone or by email address. From there the cashier will handle everything!
Q: How do Referral Rewards work?
A: Start by logging into your account either in our app or online and sending an invite to your friends. Once your friend creates and account and makes a purchase with us, we’ll send you a free salad reward! Each guest can receive a max of 10 referral rewards per year.
Q: Can I combine my rewards with other offers and promotions?
A: No. Our members are limited to using one reward per transaction.
Q: Will I have to re-add my saved payment methods?
A: Yes! For your security, you will need to re-add any saved payment methods.
Q: What happened to my order history?
A: Unfortunately we could not transfer your order history to our new platform. But we are happy to announce that this new platform introduces new, better, and faster ways for you to get your favorite order. Going forward, you can now save your favorite custom salad creation as well as re-order any of your previous orders!
Q: How do you ensure the privacy of my information?
A: We take the privacy of our customers’ information seriously. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
