The fastest option to check on, change, or cancel your order is to call the specific restaurant directly. You can find the restaurant’s phone number in the order details in your confirmation email or within the locations page here at

You can either call the restaurant directly or email so we can take a closer look. If you placed an order through a third-party site (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Postmates, etc.), you should start by reaching out to them directly to resolve the issue.

There are two main ways that you can share feedback with us. The first is to email with a detailed report of any incidents or concerns, or you can submit a feedback form directly here on our website at Please allow 48 hours for a response.

For orders placed online or in-app, we will email a copy of your receipt to the email associated with the order. If you do not see the receipt, please check your spam folder. For missing receipts from in-store transactions, please email with details including: (1) your order number and or the last four digits of the card used to place the order (2) Day and location of the order.

For online orders, all available rewards will surface at checkout. For in-store orders, please provide your phone number or email address to the cashier.

You can check your gift card balance by going to and selecting “Check Your Balance” under “Gift Card Balance” and following the on-screen prompts.
