Q: What happened to my order history?
A: We recently updated our systems! Unfortunately, order history was not able to transfer during the migration so we’re starting with a clean slate. Reach out if we can help you find a receipt for a previous order.
Q: What about my rewards progress?
A: In addition to transferring existing rewards, we rounded your progress up! Any progress you had from our previous system is now a 50% Off or Free Entrée reward in your account! Find your rewards available at checkout when placing your order online.
