We set out to create the perfect summer menu and landed somewhere between a Midwest Italian beef stand and a Mediterranean vacation. At the center of it all? Giardiniera: crisp vegetables, tangy brine, a little heat, and a whole lot of flavor. Find it adding serious zing to our Giarden Party and Steak-cation.
