We love a good surprise, but some rewards are always on the menu: 

• Welcome Reward: New members get 50 percent off one entree after their first purchase.
• Birthday Reward: Enjoy a special free entree when you meet our low lifetime spend of $50.  
• Referral Reward: Invite a friend and earn a reward when they make their first purchase.

Beyond that, you’ll receive exclusive monthly offers and challenges that could include free items, limited-time deals, and other unexpected perks. 

Any new rewards will be sent to you via email or through our mobile app. You’ll receive a notification with details about the reward, including how to redeem it, expiration, and more.

There are two main ways for you to redeem any reward: Online: make sure you are logged into your EG+ Rewards account and not checking out as a guest. From there, you should see all of your available rewards at checkout. Simply apply the reward to the qualifying order in your cart and you are good to go! In-Store: Once you get to register, tell the cashier that you’d like to redeem one of your rewards. We can look up your account either by phone or by email address. From there the cashier will handle everything!

We know our birthday free entree is something many of you look forward to each year, and we love being part of your celebration. 

To make sure we can continue offering this reward, we’ve had to make a small change. Due to past abuse of the program, a minimum lifetime spend is now required to qualify for the birthday reward. 

It’s a little different than before, but it helps us keep the program sustainable and fair for everyone who truly enjoys Evergreens. Thanks for understanding. 

Start by logging into your account either in our app or online and sending an invite to your friends. Once your friend creates an account and makes a purchase with us, we’ll send you a free salad reward! Each guest can receive a max of 10 referral rewards per year.

No. Our members are limited to using one reward per transaction.
